Dance Lindy Hop in Växjö!
Join our association Växjö Lindy Circle. Our goal is to promote Lindy Hop and swing dance culture and to organize social dancing to swing music. We also organize occasional workshops. If you are totally new to this fun-loving dance please come and try it at one of our events that starts with a crash course in Lindy Hop. The dance club "Swing" in town also teaches regular classes for beginner's level. Find more information below.
Växjö Lindy Circle is hosting Swing de Luxe evenings at Kafé de Luxe every other Monday from january - may and september - december. Time 18.00 - 21.30. Every dance start with a Crash Course. Entrance fee is 75 SEK, "fika" included. Members of the association and students pay 50 SEK. Membership also gives you a 10% discount on food at Kafé de Luxe on a Swing de Luxe evening!
Swing in Tyrolen
During the summer it is Swing in Tyrolen some Wednesdays in Tyrolen folkpark in Blädinge, outside Alvesta. Time 18.00 - 20.30. Every dance starts with a 30min crash course. Entrance fee is as for regular visitors to "Olles onsdagar" 20 SEK.
